Annakerttu steers Noren’s strategy and client work as CEO. She builds bridges between the exploration of contemporary phenomena, human insight, and business impact.

Before founding Noren, Annakerttu co-founded a consultancy specialising in strategic customer insight and developed customer-centric service business in both consultancy and corporate roles. She has extensive experience in using deep customer understanding and multi-voiced analysis to drive transformative business solutions.
