Annakerttu steers Noren’s strategy and client work as CEO. She builds bridges between the exploration of contemporary phenomena, human insight, and business impact.

She believes that the greatest challenge in strategy work is to focus on what truly matters. While the world is full of movement, not everything is meaningful.

Annakerttu brings perspectives to clients’ strategic decision-making that go beyond reports – insights that drive real action. Her strength lies in integrating phenomenon-based diagnosis, human experience, and business goals into a coherent framework of thinking. The result: insights that resonate both with clients and their markets.

Before founding Noren, Annakerttu co-founded a consultancy specialising in strategic customer insight and developed customer-centric service business in both consultancy and corporate roles. She has extensive experience in using deep customer understanding and multi-voiced analysis to drive transformative business solutions.
