Jaakko leads Noren’s strategy projects and develops the open/closed strategy methodology. He helps clients and teams build strategic processes that are inclusive, evidence-based, and impactful.
For Jaakko, strategy is foremost a tool for shared thinking – a way to make sense of the world, make choices, and move towards meaningful direction. He supports executive teams in crafting strategies that start coming to life already during the process – not just after it’s written down.
With over 15 years of experience in strategy work, customer research, and business development across sectors – from manufacturing to services – Jaakko brings a broad perspective. He has worked with global leading companies, helping them clarify direction and deepen customer understanding. His wide-ranging toolkit spans from business modelling to ethnography and design thinking.
