Susanna leads Noren’s complex and large-scale strategy assignments and is responsible for developing business research.
She sees strategy work at its best as a transformation in thinking – one that enables decisions to be made from a shared foundation.
Susanna ensures that diverse data is translated into clear, actionable strategic choices and supports a shift in thinking throughout the organisation. She is motivated by deep understanding of both people and businesses – powerful tools for driving lasting change.
An experienced facilitator of strategic processes, Susanna enjoys working closely with clients as one unified team. Before joining Noren, she worked in an in-house strategy team in the healthcare sector, developing new business areas. At Noren, she has led strategy processes particularly for expert organisations in education and technology, while also advancing the use of B2C insight in strategic work.
