An interdisciplinary interpreter of change
Heini-Emilia brings together architecture, cultural studies, and systems thinking to support strategic development. She adds depth and structure to complex future-facing questions and helps clients see the opportunities within a changing world.
She is inspired by the interplay between cultural change and the built environment. For Heini-Emilia, physical spaces and material solutions are essential to future sustainability – not only environmentally, but also from a human perspective.
She has a strong ability to identify cultural change trends in a way that supports long-term decision-making. Her work helps organisations build strategies rooted in deep contextual understanding and historical trajectories.
Before Noren, Heini-Emilia worked as a strategy consultant in human sciences, campus development project lead, architect, and researcher. Alongside consulting, she is completing her PhD at LSE on sustainable construction futures.
