An empathetic facilitator of collective thinking
Juuli’s speciality is bringing people together and facilitating leadership teams towards shared goals. At Noren, she focuses on embedding qualitative research and sociological thinking into strategic work and service development.
She believes that successful business cannot be built without understanding the people who make it – and those it is made for. Juuli helps organisations see beneath the surface: identifying the motives, needs, and values that shape behaviour and decision-making. This lays the foundation for human-centred innovation and lasting change through participatory processes.
She draws from design methodologies, sociological depth, and strategic thinking, working at the intersection of research, solutions, and implementation. Juuli has broad experience in consumer business, technology markets, and the development of the public and third sectors. Her work spans multiple markets, including Sweden, the Baltics, the Netherlands, and India.
